Work off your wedding program ...
We are always looking for new part time help
during each new season.
How would you like to trade your skills for services needed?

How this program works ...
If you wanted to sign up for the "Work off my wedding program", we would put you down on our call list. Then as extra help is needed we would call you to work with setting up and or helping to clean up events. You can either get paid at the end of the weekend for your events you worked or have the value of your work go towards credit to pay off your services with us. We would then send you a updated invoice showing the credit earned. Trade...services for volunteering time. This will be fun for some to see what its like behind the scenes and what goes into each persons big day. If you like the work, who knows, you may just want to stay on with us for future years ahead.
We may not be able to use everyone that signs up to volunteer. However, we will make a effort to give
everyone a chance to save money if the extra help is needed, by calling on someone new from our list each time. Calling of course the couples whose events are coming up the quickest first from the list.

Question ...
How are your chairs so competitively priced?
Answer
I was very fortunate to get my initial Chiavari chairs at a very reasonable price. I was in the right place at the right time and found a person out of state selling their chairs at a deal that could not be beat. We were then able to start off our chairs at a very affordable price and not work a whole life time to make up the cost. After the initial purchase of the chairs, and advertising our incredible rates, we were quickly able to expand and purchase more chairs, today offering more than 2,000 chairs in stock.
Question ...
Are your chairs wooden or resin material ?
Answer
- they're wooden material
Question ...
Why are wooden chairs preferred over the resin material ?
Answer
- We choose to offer the wooden chairs for a few reasons. For one it's the most classic style of Chiavari Chairs. With the wooden style you can easily maintain them to keep them up in appearance. The wooden ones also have a nicer look to them when it comes to the gold style. Resin material almost appears to have a greenish or mustard yellow appearance as well as a cheaper look to them.
Question ...
I was told Resin does not chip unlike the wooden ones and I should avoid choosing the wood ones
is this a concern I should have?
Answer
- Honestly, I would be more concerned with choosing the resin. Any Chiavari chair will chip up over time with use. The bigger difference with wooden chairs is a company can touch them up and repair them to maintain them to always look new. The resin material will chip up over time, and one will not be able to touch them up to maintain due to them being well, a plastic material . Their products will get more worn over time. A reliable, professional company will choose wooden chairs and will maintain them yearly to keep them looking new.
Question ...
I was told wooden ones have screws holding them together vs the resin, is this true ?
Answer
- I laugh at this one. I don't know what other companies are saying when they say this. I hate to say it but both resin and wooden chairs are " made not born" . Therefore both yes have screws holding them together. I have a sample resin chair in my showroom. I'm not a repair women, or super tool savvy, however I'm pretty sure I recognize a screw when I see one and indeed the resin have them. ( laughing)
Proper maintenance keeps them tight and chairs feeling secure.
Question ...
What is the weigh limit on the Chiavari chairs ?
Answer
- I have read in research of the wooden Chiavari that they will hold up to 1,000 lb of static weight
so as long as your guests are not over that weight and behave in the chairs, as in not standing on them or abusing them, they will be just fine.
Question ...
Do you maintain your chairs ?
Answer
- Yes, giving a high quality product at affordable rates is our motto. Why we only provide the wooden chairs, and we maintain our chairs regularly . We also sought out the best protective chair covers to place on the chairs during storage and transport to keep them looking new. This was a task in the beginning there are many suppliers out there that offer covers that actually do more damage to the chair than protect them. After much time and research into this we found thee best protective covers. We also remove our cushions after every event, and we wash the cushion caps and provide fresh clean cushions to every new event. You will find no stains on our products. With AMF you always get the best!
Question ...
Who will coordinate a time with my venue you or I ?
Answer
- We will contact your venue the Monday prior to your event. We call all venues on this day, find
out what time is the earliest we can set up and then plan all our stops accordingly. Events we have linens to set, we try to get in early so the florist and venue staff have several hours to set up after us. By Wednesday you should get a text from me providing a estimated time of arrival.
Question ...
How much of a deposit do you require ?
Answer
- we require only a $200.00 deposit and signed contract to start.
Question ...
What if I do not know my final guest count, as my RSVP's won't be in until closer to the date?
Answer
- We start with your max amount you're inviting at the time of booking. We then give a estimated
total due based off this max count. We rather have too many reserved vs not enough. Then at 2 weeks to your event, we will confirm your final count and adjust the final balance due.
Question ...
What time do you pick up the chairs?
Answer
- Almost always we pick up the chairs the same night as the event, once your event is over. Most venues require this. If pick up the next day is a option with your venue in some situations this may be preferred.

Venues we highly recommend ...
These are venues that are fully staffed, and financially stable and are then able to accommodate any event with ease. Respecting all small businesses by allowing same day drop off of linens and chairs and can handle same day set up with no issues or concerns. These are the venues you want to look for when choosing your location. One that will allow you to choose your own outside vendors after all its your day, and one you can depend on to handle your day with ease with enough staff. These are the venues I trust in making our work, and your day stress free!
